Throughout the entire loan closing procedure my process is to pay close attention to the following details which Borrower(s) receive a printed copy, scans of documents must be provided upon requested in a timely manner, The Oath must be administered, Borrower(s) are the only ones that sign The Note, and The Patriot Act must be completed and signed.
